This store initially opened and operated solely as a kitchen/production facility, focusing on crafting high-quality, traditional treats that were retailed out in the Orange store. Less than a year later, our client decided to expand the store to include a retail experience, offering customers a warm and inviting space to enjoy their favorite flavors. The design emphasizes the production facility’s roots, with a focus on quality craftsmanship and authentic ingredients with the beautiful custom round edge glass enclosure leading to the kitchen. Though the primary investment was into the back-of-house production space, our goal was to maintain the same aesthetic (on a lower budget) into the newly opened retail space.
